Re: *IRON MAN MOVIE*
I thought the first F4 was going to be bearable due to the fact that the Thing wasn't going to be CGI. When I heard they were going to make it, that was the first thing that came to mind. I was intrigued; then I saw the trailer and thought like every other comic book movie: "Oh great". So ...

Re: *IRON MAN MOVIE*
The TV show Hulk?! Um, no.
The 2003 Hulk was good in parts. Story line wise and facts about the Hulk the fans of the TV show weren't aware of and thought Lee just made up. The CGI was bad, true. But I'm sure it'll be better than the Hulk movie Ed Norton is doing later this year.

Re: *IRON MAN MOVIE*
I said the same thing about Fantastic Four; man was I wrong. The only comic book movies, I think, that got it dead-on right was: Batman Begins, Hulk, Spiderman (in parts), Blade, Dick Tracy, Hellboy, The Punisher (Thomas Jane remake...again in parts), V for Vendetta and Sin City...that's if you call...

Re: I am catatonic
I think a lot of football fans wanted to see the Patriots be stopped some sort of way. Not neccessarily "BREAK BRADY'S KNEECAPS" but to stop them from having an undefeated season. I was favoring the Giants to get to the Super Bowl after they beat the Cowboys at home. When they beat the Pac...

THAT was a football game. Down to the wire, pure slugfest. Great game on both teams; congrats to the G-Men.

If the album isn't titled "Big Stupid Doo-Doo Head" I will not buy it.
Re: Sparks
I thought I heard one of their songs before.
Faith No More did a collaboration on "This Town Ain't Big Enough..." on a greatest hits/reworkings album.
This shit is fucking catchy!

Reconsider Everything. Just...bleh. When they first started playing it live before the studio time was spent making Evolver it was pretty decent.

I've transitioned from being full-time to part-time. If I take more than 18 hours and my hair turns grey and my headaches/stomach pains come back to haunt me. I don't want that going into my wedding in May. History 498 - Special Topics: World War II (EXTREMELY excited taking this class, the professo...

Re: my superbowl prediction
Even if the Pats do win and cement themselves as "greatest team of all time" says a lot of ass-kissers on ESPN; give it about 5 years at the most and we'll have another team going 16-0 and going to the super bowl. Best team to represent the decade, sure; but don't go sucking all their dick...

Re: the joker is dead
There's no denying that diving into the Joker and Bob Dylan took some sort of tolls on his life. Which is more than likely why he had all that prescription medication to begin with. It's a shame to see such a promising actor go so soon. Seeing him on screen will definitely be creepy.

Word on the rhodes. Goddamnit, more instrument experimentation on at least 1/4 of the album is a neccessity; and NO, steel drums for 10 seconds on the chorus does not count.
