Well SA wrote it, and during the parts when SA and Nick sing together, SA's voice sounds a bit higher in the mix. Usually when Nick and SA sing together, Nick's voice is higher. SA does seem to have the lead vocal of that song.

I gotta agree with Inner Light Spectrum. That song has such an eerie mellow sound to it that 311 never captured on any other song. I think that's the one 311 song that has a vibe no other song can match.
