a band that's semi local here in my are is Can't Hang. The're pretty good IMO. another regea influenced band. Also another cool group for reggae is Matisyahu he's pretty good.

it's not off beat the just didn't match the lyric track up with the rythm part also the voice hasn't been mastered to the track which makes it louder than the background which makes it sound worse and the off key parts stand out.
