I was disappointed they did not play Homebrew (Independence Day) on the 4th of July. I thought that would be a given. Still a solid show. P-Nut coming up to the crowd for the Feels So Good Intro was cool. The crowd literally rushed the front. It was weird to see 311 in the daylight. Its been a while...

It has been pretty quiet around here in regards to Summer Tour talk. I havent even seen one review of a show this summer on this board. Well you obviously get to pick your area but I think as you come in, they assign you to a camping lot. I really have no idea of how many people. It seems like a pretty large festival but since it is the first year, it may not be crazy packed.

Showering is overrated.

I will be there. I am really looking forward to it. Not sure when you will be getting there, but I have heard that they will be loading the camping areas from back to front. So the earlier you get there, the further you will be from the entrances. Either way it should be a fun festival.

19 -22 songs was all they were playing on the summer and spring tours. As much as it sucks, atleast they are still mixing up the sets and not playing a complete greatest hits set. $60 bucks is rough but your paying for two headliners rather than one.

I like not hearing much about the new stuff. Even though I claw for any new info I could get. Its refreshing to have some mystery still involved with the band. With myspace and bands untilizing the site to connect with their fans seems to take away the mystery between a band and its fans. With bands...

Yikes... just bought tix through the presale for Chicago. $62.00 a ticket for the pit. I am just assuming this is because Snoop is on the tour and wants a bigger cut then most opening bands. If tix are this high on all shows... it may effect my plan to see multiple shows.

Yea it seems a bit different this summer. They seem to be getting an earlier start. They usually are touring Mid July to Mid August that last couple summers. They have played Chicago on August 11th for 3 straight years. I think its been more like 35-38 shows in past years.

No, I meant I heard Continuous Life, Wake Your Mind up, Eons at 311 Day. Those songs made it worth the trip I made. I was happy to hear Hydroponic though because I was surprised they didnt do it at 311 day.
